When it's raining outside there is nothing better than pottering in the kitchen. Bake with Jack popped up on our Twitter feed this morning with his Thursday Bread Tip which just had us thinking of bread all morning. We've made, and tweaked, a few Bake with Jack recipes in the past so after a quick search on his website we found his Wholemeal Multiseed Bloomer and, with all the ingredients in the cupboard, we knew we were on to a winner. It's so simple to make and you can easily change the seeds depending what you have in the cupboard - we used sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin. This loaf is not going to last long in our house!
