Three Flour Rolls
These rolls are a quick and easy batch bake that celebrate the different qualities of our three standard flours. White for gluten and bounce, wholemeal for heart heath and colour and rye for it's deep nuttiness. This is a scaled down cob recipe that results in perfect little batch rolls for a quick lunch or, if you're feeling adventurous, the vehicle for a meaty slider. Prooved and baked in a foil topped roasting tin, these tasty rolls puff up with a delicate crust.
