For those of you that look at all the amazing food that everyone else seems to make and think 'but how do they have the time?!", we must confess, we do not live a life where Love Bar Cheesecakes and Stollen plaits are a daily occurrence. But, we do think there's time for sourdough! It looks and tastes incredible and is worth every minute. We love the Weekend Bakery's standard recipe, but with practice comes confidence and sometimes it's good to change things up a bit. This 25% rye version is glorious and the hydration/ratios don't need changing. 18 hours in the making, but only 20 minutes contact time. Glorious.
