Shaun in the City! - London
This spring and summer, Aardman’s internationally-renowned character Shaun the Sheep is starring in two ewe-nique charity arts trails across London and Bristol, organised by Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation – introducing, Shaun in the City! 120 giant Shaun the Sheep sculptures, created by artists, designers and celebrities, are grazing green spaces and iconic locations across London and Bristol, before going to auction to raise funds for Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Charity and The Grand Appeal, supporting children in hospitals across the UK.
London is home to 50 of the sculptures and has been designed as four separate routes - Shaun, Timmy, Shirley and Bitzer, and then the lost sheep. Looking at the map it was easy to link them into one continuous walk including one of the lost sheep. It was then just a train journey to Paddington and Canary Wharf to collect the last of the strays.
Distance: around 12 miles.
