Grissini and bear it...
Rosemary Black Olive Grissini
After all the sugar of Easter, this week’s #TwitterBakeAlong challenge was to make Breadsticks/Grissini, which are generally pencil sized sticks of crisp, dry baked bread originating from Italy.
There are many many different flavour combinations which work well and for ours we went with Rosemary and Black Olive following the recipe from Charmian Christie, aka The Messy Baker, via Food Republic.
Simple and easy to make, these are delicious on their own, but we’re having ours with a nibbly Mediterranean picnic dinner.
