Caraway & Treacle Sourdough

Sunday sourdough's becoming a bit of a habit. But, is it any wonder when the results are so tasty?! Once again we've used our version of The Weekend Bakery's Pain Naturel sourdough with the addition of rye. We loved our caraway version but wanted something darker, and so with a dollop of dark treacle added to our water, we mixed a new dough and produced this. A beautiful nutty brown, the sweetness from the treacle makes the caraway simply sing. Try not to eat it all in one go!
