Art in the Park Trail

Art in the Park Trail

"Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was the first Olympic Park to integrate artworks into the landscape right from the start. We worked with established and emerging artists, international and local, to create an ambitious, diverse art programme that reflects the Park's identity as a place for people from around the world and around the corner" (from A Field Guide to Art in the Park).

Today's walk was a wander around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park mostly following the 'Art in the Park' trail (map available from the Information Centre), but with a few little detours - the best one was to Howling Hops at nearby Queen's Yard for a yummy lunch and cheeky beer.

Distance: around 5 miles.
