You've woken up early and you're scrolling through all that is delicious on your media feed when you happen upon freshly baked bread. What do you do? Get up and bake of course! Inspired by the ever cheerful Bake with Jack, we hopped out of bed and threw together a simple 50:50 dough of glutinous white flour and nutty rye, adding a generous helping of fragrant caraway seeds. Jack's cob loaf recipe is brilliantly adaptable so no need to stress about hydration ratios (unless you have a science degree and want to get your nerd on).
